The World Dynamics WDI-AAC15 is a 15 kW frequency conversion air compressor built for continuous, high-demand operation with exceptional stability and energy efficiency. It delivers a rated air displacement of 2.3 m³/min (81 CFM) at 1.0 MPa (150 PSI), ensuring a constant and reliable air supply for CNC machines, production equipment, and factory automation.
Driven by a direct-coupled transmission system and cooled via air cooling, the WDI-AAC15 minimizes mechanical losses while maintaining excellent thermal performance. Operating within –5 °C to +46 °C, it ensures stable output even under challenging environmental conditions.
Its frequency conversion drive automatically adjusts output based on system load, optimizing efficiency and reducing wear.
The low noise level of 75 ± 2 dB(A), oil content ≤ 3 ppm, and ≤ ambient + 15 °C discharge temperature guarantee clean, efficient, and quiet operation. With a 15 L lubrication system, 0.9 MPa safety valve setting, and robust direct-drive design, the WDI-AAC15 provides reliable, maintenance-friendly performance for modern industrial facilities.
