At World Dynamics Inc., we take pride in delivering high-quality industrial machinery, including CNC machines, vacuum systems, dust collectors, and air compressors. Every product is inspected and tested before shipment to ensure it meets our performance and safety standards. However, if you encounter an issue with your purchase, we offer refund and return options under the terms outlined below.

Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted only for products that meet the following conditions:

  • The item is defective, damaged, or significantly different from the description at the time of delivery.

  • The return request is submitted within 7 days of receiving the product.

  • The product is unused, unmodified, and returned in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and components intact.

 

Items that show signs of wear, improper installation, or unauthorized repair are not eligible for return or refund.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our support team at support@worlddynamicsinc.com with your order number, proof of purchase, and a brief description of the issue. Our technical team may request photos or videos for initial evaluation. Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions for shipping the item back to our facility. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the product is confirmed defective or incorrectly shipped.

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the refund approval status. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days through the original payment method. If your item is found to be functional or returned outside of the stated policy conditions, it may be shipped back at your expense without refund.

Replacements and Repairs

If a product is determined to be defective under warranty, World Dynamics Inc. may, at its discretion, offer a replacement unit or free repair service instead of a refund. Replacements are subject to stock availability and may require additional lead time.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within the expected timeframe, please first check with your payment provider or bank. Processing times may vary. If the issue persists, contact us at support@worlddynamicsinc.net, and we will assist in verifying your transaction.
